Christmas 2008 Delivery - Please Read - Posted at: 16:15pm - 17th December 2008

Please bare in mind that every single Garment on this site is made to order and therefore deliveries may exceed the estimated days at certain times of the year. The manufactures of the blank garments have now closed their doors until the new year and therefore 95% of deliveries on new orders will not commence until the new year.

You can still place your order with us, and "if" we have the stock of the garment will be sent out as usual, but its more than likely your garment will be delivered after the 5th January 2009.

May we take this time to thank you for your custom during 2008, its been our busiest year ever, and we have you to thank for that.

T-Shirts / Hoodys other Garments

Once you place your order with us we will begin to make your item. We do not keep stock of any designs each is made to order using the latest in Computer Aided Design and Press technology. Bearing this in mind we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days.

We give users the option to upgrade their delivery method in the basket area to 1-3 working days. This means that your order will be one of the first to be made and sent.

Other Gifts

Please choose the delivery options at the basket screen. Depending on size and weight we may ship your item via courier service for increased protection.

Combined Shipping

If your order consists of Garments (T-Shirts, hoodys etc) and another non-made gift. We will ship your items in one consignment.

Delivery Schedule

All UK orders are sent via 1st Class Post, and should arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch email.
Europe Orders are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 10-14 days of dispatch email.
Rest of World orders are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 10-28 days of dispatch email.

What to do if your item has not been received

Please use the contact us page to send an enquiry to us. We will need for the following details:

Your Full Name
Order ID (will begin with TC)

Once we receive your email we will begin to investigate your items whereabouts.

Delivery

Your items will be sent by 1st class post after they have been made to order. We pride ourselves on the turnaround of garments which will usually take 5 working days to make and send.

For larger orders (8 Items or more) we may upgrade your shipping with NO EXTRA COST to a courier service to ensure they are sent safely.

Europe - 5-15 Days
Other - 5-15 Days

If you have not received your order within 15 days please contact us and we will be more than happy to trace it for you. But we do ask that you check with neighbours / local sorting office to ensure your package has not been left there.
